Our Approach:
At GUdesins.net, we start our process by establishing were the Client is at the present. This means looking into the Client’s vision, the facilities that are on ground (Available), what are others lacked that are hindering the smooth operations. This will help us establish a baseline.
Establishing a baseline is extremely important because it lets us know where we are, and allows us to create realistic and achievable goals. It also helps us discover any potential issue that might be preventing Clients to achieve their goals. We can then make our recommendations to solve these in order to start a solid foundation.
Laying The Groundwork:
1.Scheduled meetings to enable us dialogue with clients for clearer understanding of their vision, goals and needs.
2.We create and demonstrate a developmental proposal to clients for their assessment of the viability and the possible approval for the project plan to be produced.
3.We produce a Project Plan for client’s approval and sign a business contract for the project to commence.
Project Completion/Certification:
The final and most important step of the process is the verification of the success criteria. The Project will be assessed vise-a-vise the success criteria set-up in the Project Plan. Upon the confirmation of the Project completion (sign certificate of completion) and the balance money paid by client, we will deliver to the client all materials developed by us in the course of fulfilling our responsibilities and any other items reasonably necessary for the client to continue operation of the project. We would provide support in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the Project Contract.
